With our help, Mathkind now has a functioning annual report that better represents their mission and goal as an organization. They needed us to step in to create a visually compelling report that highlighted stories of success and information from their previous year of fundraising and teacher education programs.
Mathkind is a non-profit organization that truly understands the power of education. Since its founding in 2014, they have used its resources to promote equitable education globally. Mathkind supports educators around the world to be more equipped in their classrooms, changing the lives of thousands of students one teacher at a time.
This case study will analyze the issues that Mathkind was facing and how Marketing Mission assisted them in solving these issues.
While Mathkind is a fully developed organization, they have a fairly small team. Because of this, they didn't have the capacity to design a functioning annual report, which is critical to display their records and impact as a non-profit.
Mathkind needed an organized, visually appealing, and straightforward annual report. It needed to communicate the impact the organization has had over the past year while also sharing stories of success and inspiring donors to give to the cause.
After communicating with us about the issue they were facing, Marketing Mission designed a 20-page annual report that displayed Mathkind's message, presented the impact they have had on the world, and tells a story about how traditional education systems limit students' power to change the world. It is organized effectively while also being aesthetically pleasing and informative. Additionally, this format is able to be edited and reworked for the coming years, so they are able to use this template for all of their annual reports.
While most annual reports take weeks and even months to plan and execute, we were able to draft Mathkind’s annual report in a one-day planning sprint. Within a one-week timeframe after multiple rounds of revision, we had the report designed and ready for review, shortly after the report was sent out for printing. This report encapsulated everything Mathkind needed within its annual report and the template can be used for years to come.
