We know how hard it is to know how to address your donors, clients, parents, media, and corporate reps on a single website. Honestly, wouldn't it be great if everyone was on the same page with messaging? In phase one, we'll help you develop brand scripts and fact sheets for each audience. We'll use those to develop landing pages that speak directly to each audience. Through user
experience testing, we'll ensure each audience finds their way to their section of the site in the quickest way possible.
For the first year, you'll have access to 1:1 coaching and training to edit the site as well as 40 hours of web design updates. This means you can rely on us to help you with your next campaign launch or great idea! You'll also get lifetime access to our online training video library so you can always know how to edit your site.
After the first year, a hosting + maintenance package is required to maintain ongoing support billed at $3500/year. This fee ensures you can rely on us to make your major web updates so your team doesn't have to.
We've got you covered the first year! Provided you subscribe to one of our ongoing website care plans, we will be your first point of call should something go wrong with your website. We will determine whether it is something the hosting company needs to fix something that is covered by your website care plan. We will provide training and video tutorials to assist you in using your website once it is launched.
We will install Google analytics software on your new website and show you how to log into your Google Analytics account. There, you can see a wide range of statistics about your website including the number of visits, page views, and the number of time people are spending on your website.
We know ideas pop into your mind! If you ask us to add new features to your website while we are building it, will most likely ask why? If we all agree that your new request will help us achieve our objectives then we will be more than happy to oblige. If this new feature is something you would like to add to your website but is not directly tied to your original objectives then we will suggest scheduling it for a second iteration of the website once it has been launched. This will require a new proposal.
